What is RESULTS?

A four-week long women's only group fitness program that is instructed by a certified personal trainer. It is results-based to get you looking and feeling great!

How do I sign up?

Sign up at the front desk or click Join RFH. The options are 1, 2, or 3 times per week. For best results and to save cash, come 3 times per week!

Why should I join?

You will make a change to your health both physically and mentally. You will see a tremendous increase in your energy and it is a great way to start your day. You will meet other women who are here to do the same thing in a fun, supportive environment! This program offers progressive instruction that you will never find in a typical group exercise class. The instructor is able to focus on each person in the group and adapt the training program to best fit the needs of those in the group. Nothing is choreographed which makes for a more personal training program!

Who attends RESULTS?

Normal, everyday women just like you. It is a way to work with a group of ladies and be supportive to each other, to work together to accomplish physical and mental health improvement. Those who attend look forward to seeing each other at class and working together.

What if I'm not very physically fit?

It doesn't matter what level of physical fitness you possess. Everybody stays together in this program. Everyone will leave feeling challenged too! By working together you will help yourself and others improve physically and see a huge improvement in your overall well-being. All you need is to have a good attitude and an open mind. Trust the fact that the exercises we do will help you achieve the results you've always wanted!

What if I get sore?

It's normal to feel sore once you begin a new activity. It is the body's way of saying it has worked out. Usually within 1-2 days it will go away and you will be one step closer to being in better shape! Once you are used to exercising regularly, soreness is less in both strength and severity.

What should I bring?

Bring a sweat towel and adequate water to stay hydrated. We have water available for purchase at the gym if you forget yours. Also, make sure NOT to come on an empty stomach. We don't want you to get light-headed during our fun and energizing workouts!

What should I wear?

T-shirt, a pair of shorts, and a pair of cross-training or athletic shoe will be appropriate for most workouts. We recommend dressing in layers, especially during outdoor sessions, as you will warm up quickly on these exercises. We do not recommend wearing walking shoes or boots. Remember, camps are held rain or shine, so be prepared for inclement weather!

What is a typical day like at RESULTS?

Every day is a different workout and challenge to prevent boredom - don't expect to see the same day twice! This is not a typical choreographed group exercise class. It is a group training program that will get you real results and have you feeling younger and in better shape than ever before. You will receive a large dose of exercise instruction to make sure you are using good form for both safety and enjoyment. Some of the exercises include core strength, bodyweight training, balance, reaction, strength training, running, jumping, flexibility training, and more!

When do we meet?

Classes are held outdoors rain or shine unless otherwise notified. Make-up days due to thunderstorms are TBD. We meet one, two, or three times per week for four weeks, depending on what you sign up for. Days and times are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 7:00 AM. You are expected to arrive on time.

What is the refund policy?

There are no refunds for the program. You are making a commitment to improve your health and well-being. If you decide to quit part way through there are no credits issued or partial refunds. If you cancel before a RESULTS camp begins we can provide you a credit toward a future date. Credits may not be transferred and there are no cash refunds - this is not negotiable.
